The archaic image of the fitness instructor with “big muscles and an empty head” is well and truly over.

It’s no longer enough just to perform an exercise,  nowadays, you need “how to do it”, “how to do it” and certainly “why to do it” in order to meet the personal objectives  of each participant.

In addition to  the theoretical aspect of indoor cycling, you will receive information :

  • Basic use of Mix4Cycling software 
  • Good practice  in sports first aid (how to give first aid to a participant)
  • Acoustic standards and measures to be taken
  • The sports medical certificate
